Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service:

Artwork Format:_{The work delivered will be in the form of a digital artwork. There is no physical good(s) to be received.}Commission Acceptance:_{I reserve the right to decline any commissions that I do not wish to take.}Payment:_{A non-refundable deposit of 50% must be made before I begin work. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the commission.}Live Streaming:_{The process of creating the commissioned artwork may be live-streamed on social media unless I am notified beforehand. This allows for transparency in the creative process and provides clients with insights into the development of their piece.}Rights and Usage:_{I retain all rights to the commissioned art, including the right to display and promote the artwork in my portfolio or on social media. The artwork may not be used for reselling or merchandise without prior agreement. The artwork may not be used for commercial purposes unless a separate commercial license is negotiated. You may repost the artwork on personal social media accounts as long as I am properly credited.}Refunds and Cancellations:_{There will be no refunds or cancellations after payment(s) have been made unless:}^{I am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances.
Both parties mutually agree to terminate the commission.}Communication:_{Timely and clear communication is essential throughout the commission process. Please respond promptly to queries or requests for feedback to ensure the smooth progression of the project.}Edits and Revisions:_{Minor edits and revisions are generally included in the commission cost. However, extensive changes or additional requests may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.}Delivery Timeline:_{The estimated delivery timeline for your commission will be communicated at the outset. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be promptly informed.}Price Changes:_{Prices are subject to change at my discretion. However, any ongoing commissions will be honored at the initially agreed-upon price.}

Commission Info

Illustrations are defaulted to a 12"x18" canvas at 300dpi and will be delivered in the form of a PNG file.

Extra charges may apply due to the complexity of the design or additional design elements.
All illustrations will be fully coloured.
There will be no background included.
